Chemspec Asia moves to Singapore
NEW DATES: We are pleased to announce that the next Chemspec Asia will be held 4-5 February 2015 at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Convention Centre in Singapore.
ChemSpec Asia was launched in 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand to extend the successful international ChemSpec series of events. In 2015, the event will move to Singapore to enable international and regional chemical companies the opportunity to extend their business relationships in Asia reaching a new audience in a major international hub, which is easy to get to and well supported in terms of the chemicals market.

A Global Chemical Hub
'Mega growth trends like rapid urbanisation, changing demographics and the rise of the Asian middle-class are shifting the need for products and services to Asia. With greater demand for petrochemical and speciality chemical products, the Asia growth story creates a window of opportunity.' Singapore Government (2013)
Singapore is growing as a leading chemical hub with investment from government and significant international chemical companies who have set up facilities as part of the extensive development of Jurong Island. As such the energy and chemicals market in Singapore has thrived into a $40 billion+ industry at the forefront of research and development with an increased focus on speciality chemicals.
If you are interested in meeting and networking with existing and potential customers within this sophisticated community of buyers, specifiers and business facilitators then you need to have a presence within this exhibition.
'Leveraging on the country’s strengths as a leading market player in other areas such as marine and offshore engineering, water treatment and lubricants, Singapore is well-positioned to further expand the chemical industry by focusing on high value-added speciality chemicals that serve these sectors'. Singapore Government (2013)
